Kim Kardashian to receive first ever 'Break the Internet' Award


Kim Kardashian West will be receiving the first ever 'Break the Internet' Award at the 2016 Webby Awards on Monday, May 16. The 35-year-old reality star whose nudes tend to go viral has been deemed highly important as far as the internet is concerned.

A statement by the award organizers read:
"It would be difficult to underestimate the importance of Kim Kardashian West‘s impact on the Internet. As the leading celebrity in terms of her online presence and understanding of how to connect with a global audience via social media, apps and online video, Kim has set the standard incredibly high."

In other Kim Kardashian news, she was recently spotted rocking thigh-high boots as she grabbed lunch with her sister Kourtney Kardashian's ex Scott Disick at Katsuya on Wednesday afternoon, May 11, 2016, in Hollywood.
